Grapefruit Rosemary Refresher

Flourish Gin
3 oz
Fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz
Rosemary simple syrup
Soda water
Garnish
Rosemary sprig
grapefruit wedge

Shake
Combine first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to combine.

Pour in to a Collins glass filled with ice, top with soda.

Garnish with rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge.
