Shake this cocktail and serve neat in a martini style glass or coupe. You can serve this drink over ice if you prefer. Garnish with a thin slice of apple on the rim.

Twisted Appletini

This cocktail is a play on a traditional apple martini with a lot more fun. It’s fairly easy as well to create with a bit of cooking involved.

1.5oz Three Point Vodka
0.5oz aperol
1.5oz apple syrup
0.5oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

Apple syrup:
500ml diced up apple slices
(we prefer mackintosh)
500ml sugar
500ml water

Cooked in a pot at a medium
temp for 15 mins and occasionally stir.
Use the same procedure for
the strawberry simple syrup.

Strawberry simple syrup:
Very simple to create.
500ml diced up strawberries
500ml water
500ml sugar.

Blend up the strawberries before placing them in a pot. Cook all three ingredients over medium heat for 15mins and occasionally stir the mixture. Make sure not to let the mixture boil too much because it will boil out more of the water and throw off the final ratio of sugar and water, creating a sweeter and more thick syrup. Let syrup cool for 10mins then strain mixture into a clean container or bottle. With the syrup you can substitute the strawberries for other fruits of your choice, just keep with the equal ratio

The Pink Lemonade

This cocktail is fairly easy to create but will take a little bit of cooking and a shaker.

1.5oz Three Point Vodka
0.5oz Cointreau
1oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1oz strawberry simple syrup

Strawberry simple syrup:
Very simple to create.
500ml diced up strawberries
500ml water
500ml sugar.

Garnish with a thin lemon wheel floating on top.

This cocktail is meant to be shaken and served neat but if you don’t have access to shaker we would suggest pouring the ingredients over ice in a glass and stir very well. Traditionally the cocktail would be made with 1.5oz cranberry juice and 0.25oz simple syrup. The pomegranate juice is much sweeter than cranberry juice so it eliminates the need for the simple syrup.

This is another great classic cocktail with a little twist anyone can create with minimal work and products

1.5oz Three Point Vodka
0.5oz Cointreau
0.75oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1.5oz fresh squeezed pomegranate juice

Garnish with a zest (peel) from an orange.
Squeeze orange zest over drink, twist and drop in

This cocktail you can pour the ingredients in a glass full of ice and stir. We prefer Crabbies ginger beer for how well it pairs with the Vodka. However a few great substitutions for the Crabbies ginger beer would be Grizzly Paws ginger beer or in a pinch ginger ale works too. If you choose the ginger ale I we suggest adding a little more lime juice.

Moscow Mule

This is a classic very easy cocktail anyone can create at home with minimal work and a minimal list of products.

2oz Three Point Vodka
0.5oz fresh squeezed lime juice
3-5oz Crabbies ginger beer
Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim

Cook all ingredients for 15mins. Cool and strain.

Garish with a lemon zest squeezed over drink,
twisted and dropped into glass.

3 Cheers

This is a great cocktail for celebrating. It’s a vodka cocktail with bubbles that gives a really nice crispy and citrus taste balanced out at the end with the rosemary syrup.

1oz Three Point Vodka
0.25oz Campari
1oz rosemary simple syrup
.25oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
2-4oz prosecco

Rosemary syrup
500ml water
500ml sugar
500ml fresh rosemary
