Cherry Zest

Stir

Stir together lemon, lime and grapefruit juice and honey until honey is dissolved. Add ice and stir again to chill.

Pour

Strain into a wine glass over ice.

Float

Stir together gin and Pinot Noir and float it on top of the cocktail.
