Prep

Combine 2 parts of Chinook Honey with 1 part boiling water, stir, and allow to cool before making this cocktail.

Pour

Pour Christmas Gin, lemon juice and honey simple syrup into a rocks glass.

Mix

Fill glass with ice, top with Original Tonic Water and stir.
