Flourish Gin
0.25 oz
Dry vermouth
0.5 cup
Fresh cucumber, diced

Instructions

Muddle

Combine the ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Muddle cucumber with Flourish Gin and vermouth.

Rest

Let stand for 30-60 min to allow the spirits to pull flavour and colour from the cucumber.

Shake

Shake and double strain into a chilled coupette.

Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
