Rupert's Whisky
1 oz
Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 oz
Simple Syrup

Egg White (optional)

Instructions

Mix

Add all ingredients except the wine into a shaker with ice and shake.

Pour

Strain into a rocks or coupe glass. Slowly pour the wine over the back of a bar spoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
