Batch 006 was aged in New European Oak Barrels, Ex-Bourbon Barrels, and Ex-Sherry Barrels creating a subtly complex whisky.
Eau Claire believes to make a masterpiece, there can be no compromise. This whisky is remarkably mature for its age, but young and innovative in its outlook – just like everything we do. We dedicate Alberta’s first handcrafted Single Malt whisky to the Alberta farmer – smart as a fox, hardworking and justifiably proud. Enjoy a truly honest whisky.

From Farm to Glass
Every one of our small batch whiskies is produced using barley we grow and harvest ourselves. Unlike any other distillery, we quite literally raise our whisky from seed and see it through to fine, aged and balanced final product.
