Mixology 101: Ghosts of the Prohibition – October 26
Learn to make four authentic Prohibition Era cocktails, taught by our talented mixologist, Miss Ruby. Participants in this pre-Halloween event are encouraged to dress in 1920’s theme costume to get the most out of the experience! Light snacks are also included.
To keep with the spirit of the era, a password will be required to enter this event and will be emailed to participants before the event.

Culture & Cocktails: 300 Years of Music for the Solo Cello – November 2
Enjoy an evening of Culture & Cocktails on November 2 at Eau Claire Distillery! The evening will feature cellist Cameron Crozman playing works such as Bach — Suite for Solo Cello No. 3, Britten — Ciaccona from Suite for Solo Cello No. 2 and more. Of course, the night will also include a welcome cocktail featuring Eau Claire Distillery craft spirits and passed canapes.

Mixology 101: Winter Warm-Up – November 23
Come warm up with Eau Claire Distillery! Experience a tour of the distillery and learn the techniques required to make 4 fun and creative warming cocktails with the added benefit of enjoying your wintry creations! One of our talented mixologists will guide the group through making and enjoying seasonal Eau Claire cocktail recipes. All ingredients, including our seasonal spirits like Gin Rummy and Christmas Gin, and recipes are provided, along with a selection of light snacks.
