Here is the result. Introducing The Lovers’ Quarrel – with Parlour Gin, grenadine, Cointreau, lemon juice and orange bitters – an easy to make up drink perfect for a night in.
The Lovers’ Quarrel
2oz Eau Claire Distillery Parlour Gin
0.75oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz House Grenadine
2 Dashes orange bitters
Add all ingredients into a shaker
Add ice and shake
Double strain into a flute glass
Top with 1oz of Dry Brut
Garnish with Lemon Twist
The Lovers’ Quarrel’s key ingredient, Parlour Gin, is a medium gin that derives its flavourful characteristics from Eau Claire Distillery’s unique distillation technique. A recipe of natural botanicals is used to enhance the juniper berry induced dryness and to give it a special exotic nose of flowery essence, Saskatoon berries, rosehips and traditional London Dry style spices.
