Clearwater vodka
0.5oz
Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz
Fresh lime juice
2 Slices
Kiwi
5-6 Leaves
Mint
2-4 oz
Ginger Beer

Add Mint Leaves and Kiwi to Cocktail Shaker and lightly muddle

Shake
Add Clearwater Vodka, Elderflower Liqueur, Lime juice to a Shaker With Ice. Shake Until Chilled.

Double Strain over ice, top with ginger beer
