    Product Information

    At this time, Eau Claire Distillery products are only available for purchase in-store in Alberta, New York and California. In Alberta, you can find our products at select Liquor Depot, Sobey’s and Safeway Liquor Stores, Calgary Coop Tasting Centres and our Calgary Farmers’ Market booth locations. We recommend that you call ahead to ensure availability as our inventory records are not in real time.

    Another way to search for availability of any of our products in by visiting http://www.liquorconnect.com/. Search for Eau Claire Distillery or the product you’re looking for. Once on the product page, scroll down to enter in your postal code or city and you’ll find the locations of many of our stockists.

    All of our products are distilled from Alberta barley. The distillation process removes all traces of gluten from the spirit, however, because we process barley in our facility, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination. Typically, there should be no reaction to the gluten, but this is entirely dependent on the severity of the issue.

    Canadian regulation does not require nutritional information to be displayed on products with an ABV of more than 0.5%. As such, we have not sent our products to be analyzed for their nutritional details. We do not have access to the caloric information or sugar and carb content of our products, with the exception of our Tonic Waters (link to tonic page).     Online Ordering

    In the process of transferring to a new e-commerce platform, some login details were lost. Please create a new login ID and proceed with your order. This will not affect your standing as a Cask Club Member.

    Shipping and Pick Up

    Eau Claire Distillery is pleased to offer shipping to various destinations throughout Canada, with the exception of Quebec, Newfoundland, New Brunswick and select dry communities.

    We are happy to have expanded our e-commerce functionality into the USA! USA customers in select states can now purchase 4 of our outstanding spirits: Parlour Gin, Prickly Pear EquineOx Vodka, Rupert’s Canadian Whisky, and our Single Malt Whisky (limited availability). To learn more, please visit our USA product page (you will be redirected accordingly depending on your location, but can select the country you want to shop in by the Flag in the top navigation).

    When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed (subject to change during the holiday season). The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.

    Shipment timelines vary depending on destination and range between 1-14 business days. Transit time may be longer to remote addresses.

    Shipping Issues

    We process pick up orders daily Monday-Friday. You will receive an email indicating your order is ready for pick up once it has been processed.

    Please email shop@eauclairedistillery.ca. Our staff will be able to provide an update, or open a ticket with Canada Post for further investigation.

    Our Venues

    Our Tasting Room is open 7 days a week, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. for cocktails, light food options and retail sales. At this time, our Speakeasy is only available for private events and can be booked by emailing events@eauclairedistillery.ca.

    Our distillery is small and processes a large volume of spirits, 6 days a week. We are unable to operate distillery tours at this time because of the disruption to the distilling and packaging process.

    We do offer an exciting alternative to distillery tours: our new Prohibition Experience. The Eau Claire Distillery Prohibition Experience opens the doors to the sights, sounds and tastes of the 1920s, where you will learn about Alberta’s place in Prohibition history, Turner Valley whisky trading and how Eau Claire Distillery came to be.

    A guided tasting of Eau Claire Distillery’s award-winning spirits and an unmistakably delicious craft cocktail are included in the experience. Learn more.

    Absolutely, we love hosting events in our venues in Turner Valley! Eau Claire Distillery is the perfect venue for your meeting, fundraiser, staff party, catered event, wedding, reception, cocktail party, or special occasion.

    Our venues are available for your private event and equipped with a host of premium features to best serve the full capacity of your event.

    We receive a large number of requests each month and do our best to distribute our support. Funds are limited in relation to the number of worthwhile proposals received.
