My order seems delayed — what’s happening?
While most orders ship quickly, delays can occur due to product availability or other circumstances.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING IN CANADA

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (longer during holidays).

• Parcels ship directly to the address you provide — please double-check for accuracy.

• Delivery typically takes 1–14 business days, longer for remote areas.

• Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. local time.

• If no one is home, the carrier will leave a notification card with pickup instructions.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $100+

• Applies to eauclairedistillery.ca orders of $100 or more (before tax/fees, after discounts).

• Available across Canada except Quebec, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland.

• Canned cocktails are excluded due to weight.

• If cancellations bring your total below $100, free shipping no longer applies.
