At Eau Claire, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may have to cancel attending one of our events, distillery tours or other special activities. If you can not make it to any of our events that you have purchased tickets for, you can cancel your purchase up to 72 hours before the event by reaching out to us at email@example.com – no questions asked. After 72 hours have passed, your purchase will become non-refundable in most cases.
To request a refund for tickets in advance of 72 hours, please do contact us and we’ll happily process your refund within 1 business day.
If it is less than 72 hours until the event, you are welcome to gift your tickets to a friend or colleague to attend in your place, as long as you notify us of the substitution in advance. And, if we have a wait list for the event, we’ll do our best to fill your spots so that we can still grant you a refund. If that doesn’t work out, unfortunately, your payment will stand.
RETURN AND REFUNDS FOR MERCHANDISE OR PRODUCT
If you are unsatisfied with any merchandise or spirits or other product purchases from our online store for any reason, we want you to return it to us so we can make it right. We try to offer our customers the best experience that Turner Valley can offer, and we would never want you to be dissatisfied with your purchase. We’ll always try to resolve any issues fairly and reasonably, and expect the same patience with our team. But we’re happy to work things out with you, so just reach out to us.
You can return any purchase of merchandise from us within 14 days of your purchase, for a refund or even an exchange. The item must be in its original *unused* condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. To request a return and a refund/replacement, please:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you are requesting a refund/exchange. Please include the reason for your return, and whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement.
Bring your returned item to us, or send it to us at Eau Claire Distillery, PO Box 78057 Heritage, Calgary, AB T2H 2Y1.
We’ll notify you when we receive the item by email, and will aim to process your request as soon as possible.
We will also notify you when the return/exchange has been processed.
Please note that we are unable to ship replacement spirits and / or other alcohol purchases without returned product, so any exchange of alcohol beverages would require an in-person visit to the distillery. We aim to refund your product purchase as best as we can, if you are unhappy with your purchase, but unless there is a defect, we may require to provide a gift certificate replacement or other.
