Eau Claire Maple Whisky

Lemon Juice

Simple Syrup

Egg White

Sweet Red Wine

Combine
Add all ingredients except red wine to a shaker tin without ice and shake aggressively for 30 seconds

Chill
Add ice to shaker tin and shake again for another 30 seconds

Strain
Strain into a short rocks glass

Using the back of a bar spoon float red wine onto your drink gently
