Maple Soufflé Espresso Martini Updated on March 13, 2024 by Eleanor Knight Ingredients 1 Egg White 1 tsp White Sugar 2 oz Water 0.5 oz Chilled Espresso 2 oz Rupert's Maple Whisky Cream 0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur 0.5 oz Maple Syrup Directions 1 Soufflé Add egg white, sugar, water, chilled espresso and ice to a cocktail shaker 2 Shake Shake for 30 seconds, strain to remove ice, then shake again for another 30 seconds 3 Pour Pour the foam into a coupe or martini glass, fill it all the way to the top and let it rest. 4 Martini In a new shaker add ice, Maple Whisky Cream, Coffee Liqueur, and Maple Syrup. Shake for 30 seconds to chill. 5 Pour Slow pour martini mix over the coffee foam.
