PARLOUR GIN MELLOW Updated on November 15, 2023 by Angie Lang Parlour Gin Ingredients 1.5 oz Parlour Gin 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur 0.75 oz Lime juice (half a lime squeezed) 1 tbsp Liquid honey 2 inch piece Cucumber Splash Eau Claire Elderflower Tonic Water Directions 1 Dissolve Add gin, liqueur, lime and honey to a shaker. Shake for ten seconds to dissolve the honey. 2 Slice Slice 2 inch piece of cucumber into 3/4 inch slices and quarter those into smaller pieces. 3 Shake Add cucumber and a handful of ice to a shake and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the ice muddles the cucumber. 4 Pour Strain over ice and top with Elderflower Tonic Water. 5 Garnish Garnish with a slice of lime and cucumber. 6 Enjoy!
