Ingredients

Peaches

Ginger root
1 cup
Honey
0.5 cup
Peach jam
0.5 cup
Sugar
1.5 cup
Water
1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar
Directions

Boil
Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

Stew
Reduce heat to low and stew for 30-45 minutes.

Cool
Let cool before using in your favourite cocktail recipe!
