PEACH & GINGER SHRUB Updated on November 16, 2023 by Angie Lang Ingredients 4 Peaches 1 Ginger root 1 cup Honey 0.5 cup Peach jam 0.5 cup Sugar 1.5 cup Water 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Directions 1 Boil Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. 2 Stew Reduce heat to low and stew for 30-45 minutes. 3 Cool Let cool before using in your favourite cocktail recipe! 4 Enjoy Try with our Peachy Green
