Simple Syrup

Lemon wedges or 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Mint Leaves

Directions

Muddle
Muddle the lemon in a shaker.

Combine
Add the remaining ingredients and ice and shake.

Strain
Double-strain into a rocks glass over ice

Enjoy
Slap a mint sprig on the back of your hand and use as a garnish.
