Garnish with a thin slice of apple on the rim.

Serve neat in a martini style glass or coupe. You can serve this drink over ice if you prefer.

Extras
APPLE SYRUP: 500ml diced up apple slices (we prefer mackintosh) 500ml sugar 500ml water. Cooked in a pot at a medium temperature for 15 mins and occasionally stir. Use the same procedure for the strawberry simple syrup.
