For this special anniversary whisky, we’ve partnered with Ximénez-Spínola, a small, family-owned winery known for its dedication to producing exceptional Pedro Ximénez sherry. Each cask is crafted with care, offering rich, complex flavors that beautifully complement our whisky.

Finishing in these rare sherry casks imparts subtle sweetness, dried fruit, and spice, creating a distinctive, layered whisky. This limited release is a celebration of our 10-year journey, enriched by the unique qualities of the Ximénez-Spínola casks, making it a true collector’s piece.
