Parlour Gin

Lemon Juice
0.5 oz
Egg White
0.5 oz
Honey

Club Soda

Directions

Muddle
Add 1/4 of your apple to a cocktail shaker and muddle

Dry Shake
Add Parlour Gin, Honey, Lemon, Egg White and shake until frothy

Chill
Add a scoop of ice to your cocktail shaker and shake until chilled

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with thinly sliced apple
