Christmas Gin
1 oz
Earl Grey Tea Concentrate
0.5 oz
Simple syrup
0.5 oz
Lemon juice
0.75 oz
Egg white
2 dashes
Earl Grey Bitters

Shake
Combine the ingredients in a Boston Shaker. Dry shake for 20 seconds.

Add ice and shake again until chilled.

Strain into bone china tea cup and saucer. Garnish as you see fit!
