Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll work it out. Here is how refunds and returns work for event tickets, merchandise and alcohol products.

EVENT TICKETS AND TOURS

  • 72 hours or more before the event: cancel for a full refund, no questions asked. Email info@eauclairedistillery.ca with your name and order number and we'll process your refund within 1 business day.
  • Less than 72 hours before the event: tickets are non-refundable. You're welcome to send a friend in your place. Just let us know their name before the event.
  • Wait lists: if the event has a wait list, we'll do our best to fill your spot so we can still refund you.
  • If we cancel or reschedule: you can choose a full refund or a spot at the new date.

MERCHANDISE

  • Return merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

How to return merchandise

  1. Email info@eauclairedistillery.ca with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
  2. Bring the item to the distillery, or mail it to Eau Claire Distillery, 113 Sunset Blvd SW, Turner Valley, AB T0L 2A0.
  3. We'll email you when we receive it, and again once your refund or exchange is processed.

ALCOHOL PRODUCTS

  • If you're not happy with an alcohol product, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
  • We can't ship replacement alcohol products without the original being returned to us, so exchanges of alcohol products are done in person at the distillery.
  • Unless a product is defective, we may offer a gift card in place of a refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your online order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email shop@eauclairedistillery.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
