Add ice and top with ginger beer or ginger ale. Garnish with a skewer of fresh raspberries

To make your raspberry syrup add 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add 4 ounces of frozen or fresh raspberries and muddle. Let stand for 12 hours before straining and discarding solids.
