Christmas Gin
0.75 oz
Lemon Juice
3 tbsp
Preserved YYC Saskatoon Gin Jam
Top with
Eau Claire Elderflower Tonic Water
Garnish
Lemon wedge or dried lemon

Muddle

Pour Christmas Gin and lemon juice into a rocks glass. Add jam and muddle in.

Add ice and top with Elderflower Tonic Water.
