Ingredients

1.5 oz
Three Point Vodka
1 oz
Peach & Ginger Shrub
0.25 oz
Lemon juice

Basil leaves
Splash
Eau Claire Original Tonic Water

Instructions

Shake

Add Three Point Vodka, Peach & Ginger Shrub, lemon juice and basil to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.

Pour

Strain over ice and top with Eau Claire Tonic Water.

Enjoy!

Peach & Ginger Shrub Ingredients

Peaches

Ginger root
1 cup
Honey
0.5 cup
Peach jam
0.5 cup
Sugar
1.5 cup
Water
1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar

Shrub Instructions

Boil

Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

Stew

Reduce heat to low and stew for 30-45 minutes.

Cool

Let cool before using in your favourite cocktail recipe!
