Yours Truly Batch 004 is a tribute to passion, precision, and the pursuit of excellence. Blending tradition and innovation to create a whisky as bold and distinctive as the team behind it.
The liquid we created this year has spirit aged for three years in our unique Alberta climate, showcasing that flavour doesn't require an age statement.
The concept for thus product has always been flavour focused, with no age statement in mind when blending, which is apparent when tasting this outstanding whisk, a unique and complex experience to be enjoyed with and in honour of women in distilling.

HORSE FARMED
Our farming operation includes traditional horse farming, making our Single Malt Whiskies completely unique and a nod to traditional methods.

Our spirits are certified craft by the American Craft Distilling Institute, which means they are handcrafted in small batches in a single distillery.

Distilled in the Canadian Rockies using fresh mountain water and locally-grown Alberta barley, our whiskies have a terroir that is as unique as their location.

CASK NO. 148
This single cask whisky, originally aged in Ex-Bourbon barrels, hand chosen by Master Distiller Caitlin Quinn to be finished in a Ruby Port cask to yield a special whisky experience. This single malt whisky highlights flavours of chocolate, red fruit, clove and cinnamon while complementing the lingering dryness associated with a Port finish. Cask N°148 is another taste of the diverse flavour profiles from Eau Claire, one of Alberta’s internationally awarded whisky distilleries. We are thrilled to share this truly magnificent whisky.
