CASK NO. 148
This single cask whisky, originally aged in Ex-Bourbon barrels, hand chosen by Master Distiller Caitlin Quinn to be finished in a Ruby Port cask to yield a special whisky experience. This single malt whisky highlights flavours of chocolate, red fruit, clove and cinnamon while complementing the lingering dryness associated with a Port finish. Cask N°148 is another taste of the diverse flavour profiles from Eau Claire, one of Alberta’s internationally awarded whisky distilleries. We are thrilled to share this truly magnificent whisky.
